    The hotel was fairly clean and the location was magnificent close to everything. We liked guest room provided with TV, a computer, for instance. An electric kettle and fridges where a big plus.

    Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

    Amazing hotel with its great wi-fi, luggage storage, and 24-hour reception. I remember the lovely staff helping me with a wake-up call during my first stay. I can't wait to return for Christmas!

    sapphire could not have been better. The staff were very friendly and the room was exceptionally clean. 100% comfort. not far from the nearest tube station and shopping centre which was very conveniant. The breakfast was also very nice.

    Couldn't fault the place really.

    Great choice for trip. Peaceful place to stay with functional and new-fashioned rooms. Marvellous location in a good area so close to supermarkets, and the restaurants or local whetherspoons. Easy walk to St Simon's Parish Church. Plenty of nice food...

    Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, with a nice little kitchen common space, made our stay enjoyable and the location was super convenient, just a short walk from Goldhawk Road tube station.

    Good location for Shepherd's Bush Empire. Rear basement bedroom was quiet, comfortable and clean.

    No overhead light in en-suite. No bedside lighting. Promised early morning call did not happen so just as well we woke up in time, otherwise would have had to pay out £200 in excess train fares - not good.
